VCube 2.0 just released!

In history, technologies are born, some have grown and some have disappeared. In the audio world hard disks have taken over from magnetic tape. At Merging Technologies, we believe that it is time for the video tape recorder to disappear. We had a look around for a replacement solution for our post-production customers and found nothing that fitted their specific requirements including ease of use, reliability, speed and compatibility in the digital jungle. That's why we have designed the VCube. VCube is also HD 2k capable.

VCube 2 now exists in LE, XE and SE versions. LE is a basic player. XE is a player allowing rendering. And SE is a player/recorder.

VCube 2 is seamlessly integrated with the Pyramix ADR.

VCube doesn't only manage directly more than 50 media file formats including MXF. VCube also manages composition files like OMF, AAF or Apple XML to be easily integrated in an heterogeneous video editing and audio post production environments. More>>
